Returns
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to send it back. The window below counts it for you.
What we take back
Anything unworn and in the condition it arrived in, with its labels attached. Try things on — that is what the window is for — but an item that has been worn, washed or altered cannot be returned.
What we cannot take back
Underwear and swimwear once the hygiene seal is broken, pierced jewellery, and anything made to your own measurements.
Faulty items
If something arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, tell us and we will put it right at our cost. That right is not limited to the 30-day window.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the way you paid, once the return reaches us and has been checked. Where an order was part-paid in credits, the credits are returned as credits.
Starting a return
Contact us with your order number and what you are sending back, and we will reply with the address and the paperwork.
