Marketing messages

What Zaliana writes to you about, how you say yes, and how you stop it — for the newsletter and for anything else we might send.

What we send

New pieces, drops opening and closing, and occasionally something about the shop itself. Nothing else. We do not send other companies’ offers and we do not pass your address to anybody to send their own.

Messages about an order you placed — a confirmation, a dispatch note, a reply to a question you asked us — are not marketing and are sent whether or not you are subscribed. You cannot unsubscribe from being told where your parcel is.

How you say yes

By putting your address in the subscribe box in the footer, or by ticking the box where one is offered. We record the exact wording you were shown, the moment you accepted it, and where the request came from — consent that cannot be evidenced is not consent, and this is how we can show ours.

Buying something does not subscribe you. An account does not subscribe you. Asking to be told when a drop opens subscribes you to that drop and to nothing else.

Where this stands today

We are not sending anything yet. The subscribe box records your address and does exactly that; no message has been sent from this shop and no confirmation will arrive. When the letters begin, the first thing you receive will be a message asking you to confirm you still want them, and nothing will be sent to an address that has not confirmed.

How you stop it

Every message we send will carry a link that unsubscribes you in one click, with nothing to log in to and no reason to give. Until then, and at any time, write to us and we will remove you.

Use the contact page.

What we hold

Your address, when you subscribed, the wording you agreed to, and whether you have unsubscribed. Nothing about what you bought is joined to it. Our privacy notice covers the rest, including how to ask for a copy or a deletion.
