Commercial rules
How buying works at Zaliana: what a price includes, when money moves, and what happens when something does not go to plan. The full contract is in our terms; this is the part you are most likely to need.
Prices
Every price on this shop is in this market’s currency and includes the tax that applies here. What you see on the product page is what the item costs; delivery is added at checkout and is shown before you pay.
A price can change. The one that counts is the one shown when you place the order — if something in your bag has been repriced since you saved it, we correct it and tell you rather than letting you find out at payment.
Buying without an account
You can buy anything in stock with an email address alone. An account is needed only for credits and for backing a drop, because both are balances held for a person rather than for a browser.
Made to order
Some pieces are made after you order them. The product page says so and gives the timing before you buy. They are otherwise ordinary purchases: paid for at checkout, returnable on the same terms.
Drops
A drop is a piece we produce only if enough people commit to it. Committing takes credits and no card: your credits are held, not spent, and nothing is charged to a card at that moment.
If the drop reaches its minimum we produce it and contact you to take payment for the balance. If it does not, the drop closes, your held credits are released in full, and you are charged nothing.
You can also ask to be told when a drop opens without committing anything. That costs nothing, counts towards nothing, and needs no account.
Credits
Credits are a balance in this shop, in this market. They never expire. They can be bought, given as a gift, or earned, and they can be spent on anything sold here.
Credits are not cash and are not refundable to a card once bought. A refund for something bought with credits goes back to credits.
When something is unavailable
If we cannot supply an item after you have ordered it, we tell you and refund that item in full. We do not substitute a different product, and we do not hold an order open indefinitely waiting for stock.
